2012 International Conference on Information and
Computer Applications General Information ICICA is the main annual Information and Computer Applications conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. Current ICICA 2012 will be held during February 17-18, 2012 in Hong Kong. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. ICICA 2012 is sponsored by IACSIT, and supported by many Institutes and Universities around the world. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. Selected papers of the ICICA 2012 conference will be published in the IPCSIT (ISSN: 2010-460X) as one volume, and will be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and indexed by EBSCO, CNKI (中国知网), WorldCat, Google Scholar, and sent to be reviewed by Ei Compendex and ISI Proceedings. About 10 papers selected in ICICA 2012 will be published in the International Journal of Computer Theory and Engineering (IJCTE, ISSN: 1793-8201) free of charge.
